About the role

To support the teams working on our exciting projects, we are looking for a Communications & Marketing Director - Americas Division in the United States - Boston | New York | Atlanta.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the divisional marketing and communications plan, aligned to divisional priorities and the global marketing strategy.
  • Manage relationships and alignment with divisional leader and key partner stakeholders, ensuring marketing priorities and messaging reflect business needs.
  • Oversee divisional PR, media, and events activity, ensuring consistent messaging and quality delivery.
  • Partner with Brand & Global Campaign Managers to ensure divisional topics are represented in global go-to-market campaigns.
  • Collaborate with central services (content, creative, digital, and website) to deliver multi-channel campaigns and activities.
  • Act as the divisional point of contact for global marketing, supporting knowledge-sharing and integration.
  • Measure campaign and program performance against a global KPI set, reporting on divisional ROI and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Oversee divisional marketing budgets, managing spend effectively and tracking ROI.
  • Line-manage and mentor divisional marketing team members where applicable.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in professional services or a related industry with partner stakeholders.
  • Strong background in digital & social campaigns, communications, PR, and events management.
  • Experience developing and delivering multi-channel, multi-market marketing plans.
  • Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders and advise on marketing priorities.
  • Skilled at balancing strategy with hands-on delivery.
  • Analytical and data-driven, comfortable managing budgets and reporting on impact.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and proactive, with experience working in a matrixed, global environment.
  • Fully fluent written and spoken English; Spanish an advantage.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving marketing initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Pay

The pay range for this position in Boston is $180,000-$220,000/yr. Compensation may vary depending on relevant experience, skills, geographic location, and business needs.
