We need to output only HTML fragment, no html/body tags, no markdown fences. Use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only when posting has real specific content. We have content: About Superhuman (company description) maybe "About the role"? Actually "About Superhuman" is company description; could be "About the role"? The posting includes "The Opportunity" describing role. We'll map sections accordingly. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We need to remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Remove equal opportunity lines, etc. Also remove "We encourage you to apply" etc? That's maybe part of EEO? It's a statement encouraging underrepresented groups; likely considered EEO boilerplate, remove. Also remove "Superhuman is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Remove "Compensation Range: $118K - $168K" maybe part of Pay section; we can include Pay section with that range. We need Benefits: they list many benefits. So Benefits section. Pay: they have compensation zones, base pay may vary, expected salary ranges outlined below by compensation zone. They gave a range $118K - $168K. So we can include Pay section with that. Schedule: they mention hybrid working model, dynamic hybrid, flexible approach, based in SF or NY with willingness to travel occasionally. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section. Responsibilities: The bullet list under "In This Role, You Will". We'll put as
  • . Qualifications: list of qualifications. We'll put as
    • . Skills: maybe we can combine qualifications and skills? The posting includes qualifications list; we could treat that as Qualifications. Skills maybe not separate; we could omit Skills section if no distinct skills list. But we have qualifications that include skills; but we can still include Skills if we extract skill-like items: excellent written and verbal communication, strong media relations, sharp editorial instincts, etc. However to avoid thin sections, maybe combine Qualifications and Skills? The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could have sections: About the role (company overview), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. That's six sections. That's fine. We need to use

for each section heading. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like "Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model..." etc. That's schedule/hybrid. We need to include the company description under About the role maybe. Let's extract: About Superhuman: "Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model for this role. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that helps foster trust, innovation, and a strong team culture. About Superhuman Grammarly is now part of Superhuman, the AI productivity platform on a mission to unlock the superhuman potential in everyone. The Superhuman suite of apps and agents brings AI wherever people work, integrating with over 1 million applications and websites. The company’s products include Grammarly’s writing assistance, Superhuman Docs's collaborative workspaces, Mail’s inbox management, and Go, the proactive AI assistant that understands context and delivers help automatically. Founded in 2009, Superhuman empowers over 40 million people, 50,000 organizations, and 3,000 educational institutions worldwide to eliminate busywork and focus on what matters. Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here." We can keep that as About the role (or About the company). We'll use heading "About the role". Might be okay. The Opportunity: description of role: "As a Communications Manager, you'll sit on the communications team in a position that spans executive social media and comms. This is a role for someone who doesn't shy away from the hard stuff — someone willing to try new things rather than rely on an old playbook. We're a company in transition, and we're looking for someone who will jump right in and help us navigate through it. To thrive here, you'll need to know how to break through the noise. You're as comfortable on social media as you are talking to a reporter. You spot trends before they trend, and you know how to make Superhuman part of the conversation. You're the first to know what's happening in the news and among the reporters who cover our space — you follow their writing, know which events and conferences we should attend, and consistently bring creative, new ideas to capture attention. You'll also help our executives shape their point of view and voice across platforms." We could incorporate that into About the role or Responsibilities? It's more about role expectations; maybe we can include under About the role as narrative. But we already have About the role with company description; we could add that after. Better: Use About the role for company description and role overview. Then Responsibilities for the bullet list. Qualifications: list. Benefits: list. Pay: mention compensation zones and range. Schedule: hybrid model, based in SF/NY, travel occasionally. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate: EEO lines, "We encourage you to apply", "Superhuman takes a market-based approach..." maybe keep as part of Pay? It's about compensation approach; we can keep but not boilerplate. The lines about compensation zones and location page we can keep brief. We must not include "Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here." That's okay to keep as part of About. Now produce HTML fragment:

      Pay

Superhuman takes a market-based approach to compensation, so base pay may vary by location. Our US locations are categorized into two compensation zones based on proximity to our hub locations. The expected salary ranges for this position are outlined below by compensation zone and may be modified in the future. Compensation Range: $118K - $168K.

      Schedule

Superhuman offers a dynamic hybrid working model for this role. This flexible approach gives team members the best of both worlds: plenty of focus time along with in-person collaboration that helps foster trust, innovation, and a strong team culture. Based in San Francisco or New York with willingness to travel occasionally.

We have duplicated hybrid text in About and Schedule; maybe we should avoid duplication. The About section already includes hybrid description; Schedule could just mention hybrid model and location/travel. But we must preserve all substantive information; we can keep hybrid description in About and not repeat in Schedule. However we need to ensure we don't lose the hybrid info; it's already in About. So Schedule can be shorter: "Based in San Francisco or New York with willingness to travel occasionally." But we also need to mention hybrid model? It's already in About. So fine. Let's adjust Schedule section accordingly. Also ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like "Learn more at superhuman.com and about our values here." That's okay. Check for any EEO lines: we removed. Check for any duplicated lines:
