Communications Lead, Infrastructure and Engineering

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Own external communications for performance and reliability
• Craft high-level narratives and technical translations for diverse audiences
• Develop messaging frameworks for technical topics that engage developers and media
• Lead communications efforts during technical or engineering challenges
• Collaborate with product teams on user-impacting decisions
• Coach engineering and product leaders to be effective spokespeople
• Adapt messaging strategy based on channel and audience insights

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of communications experience in infrastructure, engineering, or technical products
• Strong understanding of technical conversations in online forums and communities
• Genuinely curious about customer experience in performance, capacity, and reliability
• Skilled in writing accurately around complex technical concepts
• Ability to coach technical leaders for effective public speaking

Pay

$255,000 – $320,000 annually
