Responsibilities

Design & Visual Content

• Own the design and production of graphics, one-pagers, flyers, and event materials for internal and PR use, from concept through final file.
• Build and maintain visual templates for newsletters, announcements, and presentations that other teams can use consistently.
• Apply and help enforce IPS's brand and visual guidelines across communications materials.

Video & Multimedia

• Own end-to-end editing of video for internal communications and PR — auto-captioning, rough-cut assembly, transcript-based editing, and similar workflows.
• Turn raw footage and interviews into short, polished pieces for employee features, events, or media use, making independent calls on pacing and
