Communications Coordinator

About the role

Stone 2000 Enterprises Inc. is adding a Communications Coordinator to help with building products, customer service, sales support, order coordination, product support, vendors, and project operations. As the Communications Coordinator, you will plan, draft, coordinate, and distribute clear internal and external communications across approved channels. The position is full time and 100% remote, open to candidates throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication calendars, message briefs, distribution lists, deadlines, approvals, and final versions.
• Draft and edit announcements, updates, newsletters, email communications, web copy, or stakeholder materials as assigned.
• Coordinate reviews with subject-matter experts, managers, clients, or other stakeholders before distribution across product, order, and customer operations.
• Proofread communications for accuracy, tone, grammar, links, formatting, and consistency with approved messaging.
• Publish or distribute approved communications and maintain organized records of final versions and updates.
• Track basic communication engagement or response information and prepare recurring summaries when requested.

Requirements

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and stakeholder-communication skills.
• Comfort using email, word-processing, CMS, collaboration, spreadsheet, and project-management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple communication deadlines and incorporate feedback accurately.
• Good judgment about tone, audience, confidentiality, and source accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and version-control discipline.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

$77,500 - $85,500 per year
