About the TeamThe Strategy Office drives Abaxx's corporate priorities and supports the Company's work addressing structural inefficiencies in global commodity markets. Its Corporate Communications team protects and builds Abaxx's culture, brand, and reputation — strengthening relationships with market participants, industry stakeholders, employees, investors, and media through communications that are clear, consistent, and grounded in context. The Communications Associate, Content & Enablement is a core member of this team, building and executing the content and communications tools that carry Abaxx's story to the people who follow, use, invest in, and help build smarter markets. About the RoleThis is a hands-on, individual-contributor role, not a managerial one — you'll be doing the writing, coordinating, and research yourself rather than overseeing a team that does it. The work breaks down into three broad areas: producing content (social, media pitches, campaign messaging), managing the production of that content (briefs, timelines, coordinating internal and external partners), and research (tracking news and market developments to identify where Abaxx should have a voice). You'll work alongside strategists and communicators with backgrounds spanning commodities, economic research, engineering, applied technology, and journalism. Because the communications function is still growing, part of the role is helping build the processes and templates that make this work repeatable, not just executing against ones that already exist. What You'll Do Content & socialTurn key messages into channel-optimized content for LinkedIn, X, and other owned social platformsTrack performance and activity on owned channels, surfacing insights and opportunities that shape communications planningMediaDraft media pitches and prepare supporting materials for outreach across trade, financial, and business pressMonitor relevant reporters and publications to identify openings for Abaxx to engageCampaigns & launchesTranslate core messaging into coordinated materials across product launches, brand campaigns, and milestone announcements — tailored to each audience without losing a consistent threadBuild content plans around industry events that extend their value before, during, and afterProduction & project managementWrite creative briefs that give internal teams and external partners a clear path from communications objective to finished assetOwn project management for communications deliverables — coordinating in-house production, business-line approvers, and outside partners to hit deadlinesResearch & insightWork with subject matter experts across Abaxx to pull out the insights and context that make communications sharperTrack market developments and industry news, flagging where Abaxx can add a clear, timely point of viewCross-brand coordinationSupport communications planning across Abaxx's multi-brand ecosystem, including regional and multilingual considerations, so content serves both individual business lines and the broader smarter-markets mission What You Bring4–7 years in communications, journalism, or PR — ideally in financial services, commodities, technology, media, a public company, or an agencyStrong writing and editing skills, with real attention to detail and experience adapting tone for different audiencesThe ability to research a complex topic, pull together sources, and land on a clear point of viewGenuine curiosity about how markets and technology intersect, and how that connectivity is reshaping problems and opportunitiesA habit of reading widely — long-form journalism, essays, books — and an ear for writing that develops ideas with depthAn understanding of what message discipline and news awareness mean in a public-company contextStrong organizational skills and the instinct to build processes that scale, not just handle what's in front of youA collaborative, tenacious approach to working across a distributed team with input from multiple business linesNice to have: experience with a publicly listed company, multi-subsidiary organization, or regulated business; familiarity with social publishing tools, media monitoring platforms, project management systems, or AI-enabled workflowsComfortable working across North American time zones, with some availability for Singapore collaboration About UsAbaxx Technologies is building next-generation digital market infrastructure where identity, security, and intelligent automation converge.
