Essential Job Functions of the Coordinator
- Strategic Communications
- To develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to advance the Province's mission, identity, and priorities through coordinated internal and external communications in newsletters, website, and social media.
- Website Management
- To serve as the primary content manager for the province website in consultation with the Chair of the Province Communications Committee.
- Marketing and Development
- To develop and execute a province-wide marketing plan that communicates the Province's mission, charism, and value to diverse audiences.
- Content Creation and Media Production
- To create and manage content that supports and integrates the province's communications, development, and vocation initiatives.
- Analytics and Reporting
- To monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of communications initiatives and provide regular reports to provincial leadership.
