Responsibilities

• Provide the most efficient and courteous hotel communications service and undertake other duties and responsibilities as required by Management.
• Answer phone & chat inquiries in an efficient and friendly manner and route communications to the proper departments.
• Assist with updating guest details for a seamless stay prior to arrival as an important member of the CORE Office.
• Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer issues; and provide general resort information as requested.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Service passion.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Legal work authorization in the United States.

Pay

$29.63 per hour

Schedule

3-4 days per week, open availability preferred. This is a temporary part-time assignment starting at 3 months with the possibility of extension based on the business need of the Resort, with the benefits of a regular part-time Four Seasons employee.
