About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales-focused Communications Agent to engage with prospective customers, communicate product and service information, and support customer acquisition initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, building relationships, and working toward measurable sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers through in-person and promotional activities.
• Present and explain products and services clearly and professionally.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Support lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives.
• Build positive customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Assist with promotional campaigns and community outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.

• Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• Confident, outgoing, and professional personality.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Goal-oriented and motivated to achieve results.
• Strong relationship-building and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, promotions, or communications is a plus but not required.
