Overview

Client is currently seeking a contract Communication Specialist for the Children and Youth with Special Healthcare Needs program. This role will lead content creation and community engagement initiatives and drive impactful communication plans aligned with program goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead content creation for various channels including social media, email campaigns, and print materials
• Develop and implement community engagement strategies to build relationships with stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• Conduct research and analysis to inform communication strategies
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication efforts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications or related field
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Experience with digital marketing and social media management
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
