We are hiring a Communication Specialist II / Constant Watch Staff for one of our clients in Bridgeton, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Remain diligent when monitoring inmates housed in Constant Observation/Administrative Constant Watch Status and constantly monitor the inmate.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Skills

• Ability to complete the required training associated with the position.
• Ability to maintain continuous attention to detail.
• Ability to monitor and detect behavioral changes or signs of distress.
• Ability to communicate in a clear, calm, and professional manner.

Schedule

• Shifts include: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM; 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM; 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
