Communication Specialist - Full time, Day, Onsite
About the role
The Communication Specialist supports organization-wide programs and initiatives. They play a key role in supporting organizational and division-based communication efforts, working closely with leaders and fellow caregivers on the communication team.
Responsibilities
- Supports broad-based and successful communication teams and programs.
- Works closely with leaders and fellow caregivers on the communication team to support communication programs and messaging across the multi-state Providence organization.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
- Or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2 years demonstrated experience in supporting broad-based and successful communication teams and programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organizations and teams.
- Communication experience in health care.
- Experience in a faith-based health system/organization.

Pay
The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. The amounts listed are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
