We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes "Who We Are", "Responsibilities Include", "The Successful Candidate Will Have", "Our Core Competencies", "The PHI Health Advantage", "Sign on up to $10,000". Also "Schedule/Location: Schedule Varies Lexington, KY". We need to include sections only when there is real specific content. We need to use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). We can map headings accordingly. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. The disclaimer and equal opportunity statements should be removed. Also remove "DISCLAIMER" and the equal employment opportunity paragraph. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include the sign-on bonus up to $10,000 as maybe Benefits or Pay? It's a sign-on bonus, could be Benefits. We'll create a Benefits section with that. Schedule: "Schedule Varies" and location Lexington, KY. Since schedule varies (not specific), we should not create a Schedule section if it's just "Schedule Varies" (that's placeholder). The instruction: never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Here schedule varies is placeholder, so we should not create a Schedule section. However location is substantive: Lexington, KY. Could we include location in a paragraph? Possibly under About the role or a separate section? There's no specific heading for location; we could include it in a

after the heading maybe. But we need to follow the rule: Use

for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can have sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits. We need to decide what content goes where. Let's parse the posting: - Intro paragraph: "Join Our Life-Saving Team in Lexington, KY and take advantage of: Sign on bonus up to $10,000! Are you ready to elevate your career to new heights? PHI Health is looking for dynamic, driven individuals to join our team. We are committed to providing top-tier emergency medical services with unmatched speed and efficiency, saving lives when every second counts. By supporting our mission from the ground, you will play a crucial role in orchestrating the seamless operations that keep our advanced fleet soaring and our patients safe. As a Communications Supervisor, you'll collaborate with some of the best minds in the industry, driving initiatives that enhance our services and expand our reach to those who need it most. If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive on challenges, PHI Health offers an extraordinary opportunity to impact lives and develop your professional career in a meaningful way." That's about the role and company overview. Could be "About the role" or "About PHI Health". We'll use "About the role". - "Who We Are" section: description of PHI Health. Could be part of About the role or separate "About the company". But we only have allowed headings list; we could still use "About the role" to encompass both. - "Responsibilities Include": list of duties. Use

Responsibilities and
  • . - "The Successful Candidate Will Have": qualifications/experience. Could be Requirements or Qualifications. We'll use "Requirements" (or Qualifications). The allowed headings include Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We'll pick "Requirements" for experience/education, and maybe "Skills" for specific skills like human relations, computer proficiency, radio/medical terminology. - "Our Core Competencies": list of values (Safe, Efficient, Quality, Service). Could be under "Skills" or maybe "Qualifications"? Might be better as "Skills"? But they are core competencies, not skills per se. Could be a separate section but not in allowed headings. However we could incorporate into "About the role" or maybe "Qualifications". But we need to preserve all substantive information. We could create a section "Qualifications" and include core competencies there? Might be odd. Another approach: we could create a section "Skills" and list the core competencies as skills? Not ideal but acceptable. Alternatively we could create a section "About the role" and include the core competencies there as a paragraph. - "The PHI Health Advantage": description of company's safety record etc. Could be part of About the role. - "Sign on up to $10,000": benefit. We'll create a Benefits section with that. - "Schedule/Location: Schedule Varies Lexington, KY": we will not create Schedule section because schedule varies is placeholder. We'll include location in a paragraph maybe under About the role or a separate paragraph without heading. We must not include boilerplate: disclaimer, EEO statement. Now produce HTML fragment:

    About the role

If you're passionate about making a difference and thrive on challenges, PHI Health offers an extraordinary opportunity to impact lives and develop your professional career in a meaningful way.

Maybe also include Who We Are and PHI Health Advantage within same About the role section. We could add another paragraph after the intro: "Who We Are: PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States..." etc. Let's combine. Then Responsibilities:

    Responsibilities

    • Perform daily supervisory functions, including scheduling, staffing, annual assessments, daily communications with staff, new hire training, material and equipment management.

    • Create and maintain statistical information and reports as required for the Director.
    • Collect information, perform price quotes, and coordinate details for long range flights.
    • Required to perform the Flight Coordinator duties.

    • Responsible for the training and education for the Communication Center/shift in which he/she works.
    • Participate in program level CQI meetings, and prepare data and discussion points for the meeting.
    • Facilitate and coach preceptors through the process of training individual Communication Specialists.
    • Monitor training process of Direct Report Communication Specialists to ensure a solid, standard foundation of knowledge is created for any new Communication Specialist.
    • Other duties as may be assigned.
Now Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We have: Minimum of three years experience as a communications specialist, combined with extensive EMS experience or equivalent preferred. Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred. Must be creative, be able to function efficiently under pressure and use problem-solving skills effectively. Must possess good human relations and communications skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external customers. Extensive working knowledge/experience of radio/medical terminology is strongly preferred. Must possess intermediate knowledge and proficiency with computer systems (hardware and software) and office equipment. High school diploma or GED. Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must be able to pass pre-placement drug screening and background screen. We could split: Requirements (experience, education) and Skills (human relations, problem solving, radio/medical terminology, computer proficiency). Let's do:

    Requirements

    • Minimum of three years experience as a communications specialist, combined with extensive EMS experience or equivalent preferred.
    • Minimum of one year supervisory experience preferred.
    • High school diploma or GED.
    • Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
    • Ability to pass pre-placement drug screening and background screen.

    Skills

    • Creative, able to function efficiently under pressure, and use problem-solving skills effectively.
    • Good human relations and communications skills for interfacing with all levels of internal and external customers.
    • Extensive working knowledge/experience of radio/medical terminology (strongly preferred).
    • Intermediate knowledge and proficiency with computer systems (hardware and software) and office equipment.
    Now Benefits:

    Benefits

    • Sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
We could also include other benefits like maybe not mentioned. So just that. Now we need to ensure we didn't include any filler sections. We have About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Skills, Benefits. That's fine. We need to ensure we didn't repeat job title as heading. We didn't. We need to ensure we didn't include Schedule section. Good. We need to ensure we didn't include Pay section. Not needed. Now we need to check that we preserved all substantive information: The "Who We Are" and "PHI Health Advantage" content we haven't explicitly included. We omitted them. That's a loss of substantive information. We need to incorporate that somewhere. We could add a paragraph under About the role that includes Who We Are and PHI Health Advantage. Let's extract those: Who We Are: "PHI Health is the leading air ambulance provider in the United States. With an unmatched safety record and the best aviation, medical and communication specialists in the field, we set the standard in the air medical industry. We transport more than 22,000 patients each year from our more than 80 bases across the country, all while offering services and outreach education to local communities and leading healthcare systems. Our mission is simple: move communities to health while maintaining the highest standard of safety, period." PHI Health Advantage: "For more than 40 years, our company has been providing critical air medical transport services across the country. As an organization, we outfit each aircraft we fly with the most advanced technology, subject our crews to the most rigorous protocols and training and pioneer the most-forward thinking safety program in the country. Everything that we do comes back to the safety of our crew and our patients. Our accident rate is well below the national average and we were the first to receive the Vision Zero Aviation Safety Award. This belief has guided us towards a number of industry firsts and has given us the highest safety rating in the industry." We can combine these into About the role section after the intro. Thus About the role paragraph(s) will be longer. We'll produce maybe two paragraphs: first intro, second Who We Are, third PHI Health Advantage. Now ensure we didn't include any boilerplate like disclaimer or EEO. We removed those. Now final HTML fragment.
