About the role

Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for a dedicated caregiver in Marlborough, MA to work consistently with the same clients, week after week. If you'd rather grow real relationships than bounce between one-off assignments, this is the role for you.

We're hiring for the following roles:

• HHA/CNA
• Personal Care
• Homemaker
• LNA
• Entry-level candidates with no experience

Responsibilities

• Helping with bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Cooking meals and keeping the home clean and comfortable
• Running errands and giving medication reminders
• Providing companionship (conversation, walks, emotional support)
• Monitoring client well-being and responding calmly to any concerns

Requirements

• A genuine commitment to a full-time, ongoing schedule
• Valid driver's license
• HHA or CNA certification is a plus but not required—we provide training
