Commissions Analyst

Thrive is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a Commissions Analyst. The candidate will be responsible for the management of all commissions and sales incentive programs for Thrive regions worldwide. The candidate is expected to increase efficiency through the automation of our existing processes and the standardization of programs in a commission automation system. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel experience is required. The Commissions Analyst will work with both the Finance and Revenue Operations Departments. Requirements Commissions & Compensation Management: Maintain proper documentation of the commissions processes and related controlsDocument and formalize all compensation policies that are currently in placeWork with hiring managers to document and formalize compensation agreements upon commencement of employment to align with company standardsOwn the accounting function specific to calculation of the variable compensationAssists annually in designing and modeling compensation plans and propose modifications Cross-Functional Payment Coordination: Work with Implementation Team to streamline payments triggered by revenue activationWork with Finance Team to streamline payments triggered by invoicingWork with Revenue Operations to streamline payments triggered by Sales activity and performance metrics Reporting & Employee Support: Provide employees and managers with monthly reports upon paymentProvide employees with scheduled monthly reports of outstanding compensation backlogServe as a point of contact for employees and management to address questions regarding compensation plans, and perform research as needed to help resolve issues, and develop appropriate solutions to resolve exception payment requirements Qualifications Basic: Bachelor's DegreeExcellent grammar, written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsExperience with managing a teamExperience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools and processes preferredExperience quoting in the technology industry
