Commissioning Site Manager, Data Centers
What We're Looking For
You've personally managed owner-side commissioning on hyperscale data centers across mechanical, electrical, and BMS/EPMS scope.
You commission mechanical plant hands-on: chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, and the control sequences that tie them together.
You validate sequences of operation and run flushing, pressure testing, and performance checks to spec.
You coordinate GCs, designers, and vendors on the ground and hold them to the commissioning plan.
- Bonus: ASHRAE or BCxA guidelines.
- NETA test specifications.
- Electrical and controls systems familiarity.

Compensation Range
The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting. Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
