Role Scope

Act as the owner's commissioning site manager for general contractors, designers, and vendors across multiple concurrent data center sites.
Lead commissioning across all five phases for chilled water, HVAC, electrical systems, BMS, and EPMS.
Own mechanical commissioning hands-on: chillers, cooling towers, dry coolers, pumps, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, heat exchangers, VFDs, control valves, and the associated control sequences.
Run pre-site and on-site functional testing: flushing, pressure testing, sequence-of-operation validation, and mechanical performance checks.
Diagnose and resolve startup issues and provide ongoing system support through handover.

What We're Looking For

  • You've personally managed owner-side commissioning on hyperscale data centers across mechanical, electrical, and BMS/EPMS scope.
  • You commission mechanical plant hands-on: chillers, cooling towers, pumps, CRAH/CRAC, AHUs, and the control sequences that tie them together.
  • You validate sequences of operation and run flushing, pressure testing, and performance checks to spec.
  • You coordinate GCs, designers, and vendors on the ground and hold them to the commissioning plan.
  • Bonus: ASHRAE or BCxA guidelines. NETA test specifications. Electrical and controls systems familiarity.

Career Information

  • The base salary range for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 per year, depending on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
  • This range represents our good faith estimate of the compensation for this role at the time of posting.
  • Total compensation may also include equity in the form of stock options.
