Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the job site installation and startup of equipment while working closely with Project Manager’s at CMCo and customer locations.
  • Include site inspections and reports, contractor interfaces, start-up of equipment, and guiding CMCo technicians while on the site.

Requirements

  • Thorough understanding of installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • Able to manage multiple start-up sites at one time.
  • Able to read wiring diagrams and layout drawings.
  • Able to understand and respond to questions related to submittals and specifications.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills required.
  • Absolutely must possess ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple competing tasks and demands.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Absolutely must possess ability to work well with multiple disciplines such as project managers, contractors, engineers, and end users.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent driving record.
  • Must be able to travel and work hours as required to meet customer needs.
  • Must possess demonstrated skills and experience in mediation and negotiation.
  • Must promote a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum three years' experience in construction management.
  • Previous experience managing the installation of mechanical and electrical equipment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, required.

Skills

  • Physical Requirements: Required to stand; walk and talk or hear; Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; Occasionally lift and /or move up to 20 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and ability to adjust focus.

Pay

Starting Compensation Range: $89,000 - $115,000 per year
