Commissioning Engineer
Responsibilities
- Business development, by prospecting for commissioning opportunities & new pursuits.
- Estimating fees, issuing proposals, closing business, and executing the project.
- Aid in filling positions required to accomplish the work.
- Develop, maintain, and publish commissioning documents on commissioning software platforms and in project documentation systems such as Procore and Building Connected.
- Manage resources to successfully execute new and existing business.
- Complete work backlog while managing to exceed client expectations.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of commissioning experience.
- Previously demonstrated commissioning project management experience including technical, financial, project development (planning, staffing, client management, execution, reporting, closeout).
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to counsel clients and their project teams through the complex maze of the commissioning process.
- The ability to secure and manage technical resources required to execute commissioning projects per plans, specifications, and project schedule.
- Prior experience working with clients and projects in the following markets: Healthcare, Higher Education, Science & Technology, Transportation, Critical Environments (data centers, laboratories, pharmacies, operating rooms, etc.).

Pay
Salary range for 10-15 years of experience: $120,000 - $165,000
Schedule
The successful candidate will be expected to travel frequently - about 75% of the time in- and out-of-state.
