Pay
Pay range: $70,000–$100,000 per year. This reflects what we reasonably expect to pay for this role based on experience and performance.
- First 8 weeks: $27.50 per hour + commission (elevated hourly rate during training and onboarding).
- After 8 weeks: $20 per hour + commission (total earning potential of $70,000–$100,000 or more per year).
Schedule
The schedule varies and includes days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities
- Provide guests with a non-pressured shopping experience that is enjoyable, fun, and productive.
- Use a consultative selling approach to find the right merchandise to fit guests’ wants, needs, and budget.
Requirements
- 2 years of commissioned sales experience preferred.
- Success in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs.
- Professional demeanor and dress.
- Ability to walk and stand for up to 10 consecutive hours, averaging 7 miles per shift.
