About the Role

The Driver Helper assists Delivery Drivers in unloading 900–1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops. This is a long-term, full-time position offering a career path to promotion as a Student Driver and Route Driver.

Responsibilities

• Assist Delivery Drivers in unloading 900–1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Dispatch times between 2:00 am and 5:00 am
• Home every night and on weekends
• Local routes

Training & Equipment

• Paid training to acquire a Class A Permit or CDL
• Trucks are new and equipped with automatic transmissions
• Latest suite of radar and safety technology, including adaptive braking, collision mitigation, lane departure warnings, and tire pressure monitoring on all tires

Requirements

• Must have a desire to become a Route Driver
• Must be able to provide a valid Texas Class C driver's license
• Must provide proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States
