Commissioned Driver Helper

Labatt Food Service, headquartered in San Antonio, Texas, is the tenth largest food service distributor in the nation. We operate in a high-intensity, high-transaction logistics environment, supplying 14,000 items to food-away-from-home customers in Texas and New Mexico from 5 distribution centers.

About the role

The Driver Helper is responsible for assisting Delivery Drivers in unloading 900-1,200 cases per day by hand at designated stops. Routes are local, allowing you to be home with your family every night and on weekends.

Schedule

Monday – Friday, with dispatch times between 2:00 am and 5:00 am.

Responsibilities

• Assist Delivery Drivers in unloading 900-1,200 cases per day by hand at customer stops.

Requirements

• Desire to become a Route Driver.
• Valid Texas Class C driver’s license.
• Proof of employment eligibility to work in the United States.
• Pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and physical.
