Grow your expertise in fit and fashion trends and recommend alterations and tailoring when it helps a customer feel confident in what they choose.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Nordstrom's 5-Point Selling Standard in every customer interaction: Say Hello, Small Talk, Be Helpful & Sell, Fashion Authority, Follow-up.
- Build and grow a personal customer base through in-store interactions, outreach, and digital tools.
- Offer honest, confident style and fit feedback that earns trust and drives loyalty.
- Set and achieve personal sales goals, and stay accountable to results.
- Keep the department customer-ready, including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns
