Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using effective selling tools
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers through excellent service
• Provide honest and confident feedback on style and fit
• Develop fashion and product knowledge to enhance expertise
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the department is customer-ready
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow customer loyalty

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Ability to handle bulky and awkwardly shaped items, lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally

Pay and Schedule

The pay range for this position is $15.25 - $15.25 hourly, with commissions varying based on the merchandise sold. The schedule is flexible and may vary by week depending on business needs.

Physical Requirements

• Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
• Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, lifting up to 10 pounds regularly and up to 25 pounds occasionally
