Commission-Only Phone Closer (Remote, 1099) Residual Monthly Income

About the role

We provide the leads. You call, close, and keep the account happy. We handle the tech and the delivery. You focus on doing what you do best: getting local business owners to yes on the phone. This is a residual commission role. You earn $150 per account per month for as long as that account stays active. Close 10 accounts and keep them active, that's $1,500 a month coming in whether you close anything new or not. Close 30 and it's $4,500 a month. The book you build is the income you keep.

What you'll do

• Call warm leads we hand you (local home service businesses: roofers, plumbers, HVAC, and similar).
• No cold prospecting, no lead sourcing, we supply the list.
• Close them on a first call using a proven four-part framework we'll train you on.
• Run light monthly check-in calls with your active accounts so they stay on and stay happy.
• Retention is part of the job because your commission depends on it.

What we provide

• The leads, pre-pulled and ready to call
• Full sales script, framework, and objection handling
• All software, onboarding, and account delivery (you don't touch the tech)
• Onboarding and ongoing support

We're looking for

• Phone sales experience, ideally B2B or selling to local/home service business owners
• Fluent, clear spoken English. You must be easily understood by US business owners over the phone
• Comfortable closing on the first call and asking for the sale directly
• Reliable, self-managed, and consistent on the phones
• Home service or local marketing/SEO experience a plus, not required

Details

• 100% commission, 1099 independent contractor
• Fully remote, US-based
• Set your own hours within the 7am to 7pm calling window; this rewards volume and consistency
