Commissary Worker role focused on receiving, processing, and delivering stock to inmates, with responsibilities varying by location based on client needs and business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Transfer products and merchandise from the warehouse.
• Receive and inspect products for quality and damage; ensure accurate storage.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Perform physical inventory as needed.
• Process supply requests, prepare merchandise for delivery, and package items according to established procedures.
• Adapt to changing job duties or new assignments as needed to meet commitments.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Basic math and counting skills.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Physical Demands

• Lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking/standing.
• May require uniforms and/or use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
