Core Responsibilities
- Schedule and manage production for Savory, Beverage, Packaging, and Bakeshop teams.
- Coordinate orders using inFlow Inventory.
- Coach department managers and support staff scheduling.
- Foster a culture of accountability.
- Control labor and food costs to reduce waste.
- Run weekly health inspections and maintain strict SOP and HACCP records.
- Oversee ordering and inventory replenishment across top-tier platforms.
- Align kitchen production timelines with catering schedules, retail demand, and delivery capacities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years in high-volume food production and 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- High school diploma required (Bachelor's degree preferred, or 5+ years of equivalent multi-department management experience).
- Required: ServSafe Food Manager Certification (or ability to acquire within 30 days).
- PREFERRED: HACCP certification.
- Strong working knowledge of inventory management systems, preferably inFlow Inventory.
- Ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, work in varying temperatures, and maintain a valid driver's license for commuting needs.
