Commissary Attendant

The Role at a glance

We are excited to bring a versatile commissary/pantry attendant to our correctional segment team in Virginia Beach, VA. As a commissary attendant, you will have the opportunity to ensure excellent commissary services for an assigned correctional facility’s commissary program.

Hours

Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Commissary

• Fulfilling and delivering food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates.

What we're looking for

• Must-haves:
• Knowledge of correctional facility standards and requirements, and an ability to adhere to these standards and requirements.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Nice-to-haves: At least one years’ prior experience in a commissary program.

Compensation Range

$17.00 per hour
