Commissary Attendant

Full-time, onsite role in Salem, California (US-CA).

About the role

We are seeking a versatile commissary/pantry attendant to join our correctional team, ensuring excellent commissary services for an assigned correctional facility’s commissary program.

Responsibilities

• Pantry
  • Order food items as needed.
  • Maintain inventory and stock.
  • Ensure that food items and orders are within the given budget.
• Commissary
  • Fulfill and deliver food and personal hygiene orders to inmates in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accuracy of filled orders prior to delivery to inmates.

Requirements

• Knowledge of correctional facility standards and requirements, and an ability to adhere to these standards.
• Excellent customer service and computer skills.
• Strong communication and organization skills.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s prior experience in a commissary program (preferred).

Pay

$24.00 per hour
