Key Responsibilities
- Aid in the preparation and cooking of food items.
- Prepare ingredients and support kitchen operations as directed by senior chefs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment.
- Ensure food preparation and storage meet hygiene and safety standards.
- Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
- Follow recipes, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Comply with hotel policies, food safety, and health regulations.
Requirements
- Previous kitchen or culinary experience is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Willingness to learn and develop culinary skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Professional attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards is an advantage.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
