Responsibilities
- Prepare, patch, and paint commercial interior and exterior surfaces
- Apply paints, coatings, primers, and specialty finishes
- Protect surrounding areas and maintain a clean, organized jobsite
- Follow project specifications and quality standards
- Collaborate with foremen and teammates to complete projects efficiently
- Represent Kaloutas professionally on every jobsite
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial painting experience
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate in English
- OSHA 10 Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift at least 25 pounds and work on ladders, lifts, and scaffolding
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bring and maintain their own hand tools
- Treat teammates, customers, and other trades with respect
- Complete weekly timecards accurately and on time
- Stay responsive to communication from supervisors
