COMMERICAL FIELD PRODUCTION ASSOCIATE
About the role
An outgoing, assertive and ambitious individual with experience in the construction industry and project management to become our Commercial Field Production Associate. The main responsibility of this position is to successfully manage on-site painting crews, enforce their attention to the details of sales contracts as well as CertaPro performance guidelines, enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines, maximize their productivity, and also handle customer driven issues and turn them into opportunities. The secondary responsibility is around assisting in estimating projects and providing feedback to the team.
Responsibilities
- Manage on-site painting crews
- Enforce attention to the details of sales contracts and CertaPro performance guidelines
- Enforce OSHA and company safety guidelines
- Maximize crew productivity
- Handle customer-driven issues and turn them into opportunities
- Assist in estimating projects and provide feedback to the team
- Establish and build relationships with painting crews
- Interact with clients and support the high-level customer service program
- Represent the company values as a Brand Ambassador
- Train crews to company standards
- Participate in aspects of selling
Requirements
- Customer service experience required
- Painting experience a plus
- Computer skills required
- Painting and carpentry skills highly desirable
- Full-time commitment
- 50+ hours per week
- Available to work early mornings, evenings and weekends
- Occasional out-of-state travel
- Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must be familiar with Westchester and Fairfield Counties
- Outgoing and excellent communication skills
- Motivated self-starter
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Highly fluent in English
- Spanish speaking is a plus

Pay
Starting compensation package: $60,000 – $70,000 with performance bonus/commissions
Schedule
Full-time, 50+ hours per week; early mornings, evenings and weekends as needed; occasional out-of-state travel.
