Commerical Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop additional business opportunities by selling Roto-Rooter’s preventative maintenance and priority care programs.
• Spend majority of their time in the field visiting existing and prospective commercial customers and establishing relationships.
• Aid the National Sales Team in processing work orders and ensuring paperwork is completed according to approved standardized procedures.
• Conduct job completion follow-up with customers to ensure satisfactory completion of work performed by jet technicians and commercial field supervisors.
• Manage productivity of commercial jet techs and commercial Field Supervisors to ensure attainment of performance goals.
• Join local trade associations and participate in tradeshows and events when applicable.
• Provide coaching and counseling to jet technicians and commercial field supervisors who are not meeting published production goals.
• Establish performance improvement goals.
• Oversee scheduling of jet techs and commercial field supervisors to ensure there is adequate manpower coverage to complete all required work.
• Develop relationships with customers to build customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Highschool diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of sales and management experience
• Commercial Sales experience with proven year-over-year record of successful development and growth of a territory
• Sound problem-solving skills and good communication skills
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record according to company policy

Pay

The salary range on this position is $90,000-$95,000, depending on experience.
