Role & Responsibilities
We're looking for a highly organized, systems-oriented operator to assist with the operational commercialization of new products. This role sits at the intersection of Product Development, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring our new product moves from concept to customer seamlessly. You'll own cross-functional launch execution by building project plans, coordinating manufacturing partners, managing timelines, and driving accountability across internal and external stakeholders. You'll establish the processes, tools, and operating rhythms that make commercialization repeatable as the brand scales.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Commercialization, Program Management, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Operations, R&D Operations, or a related role within CPG, food & beverage, or consumer products.
- Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional product launches.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Experience working with contract manufacturers, suppliers, and external operational partners.
- Strong communicator who can align cross-functional teams and drive execution across diverse stakeholders.
- Systems-oriented with a passion for building scalable processes and improving operational efficiency.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving priorities.
- Curious, resourceful, and energized by bringing innovative products to market.
