About the role
M5 Services is a commercial building services contractor based in Pleasanton, maintaining and repairing commercial properties across the Tri-Valley, the East Bay, San Francisco, and the Peninsula. This role involves exterior and interior window cleaning on commercial properties using a water-fed pole and purified water system, with ground-based work across office, retail, and industrial sites. No suspended or high-rise work is required.

- Exterior and interior window cleaning on commercial properties
- Use water-fed pole and purified water system
- Perform ground-based work across office, retail, and industrial sites
Requirements
- Commercial window cleaning experience
- Experience with water-fed pole and purified water systems (DI resin or RO filtration)
- Traditional squeegee and scrubber work
- Comfortable working from the ground on multi-story glass
- Valid California driver's license
Skills
- Maintaining filtration systems: resin changes, TDS monitoring
- Screen and track cleaning
- Hard water stain removal
- Pressure washing
