Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams to understand their requirements, gather insights, and align product development strategies with organizational goals.
  • Manage and lead cross-functional product development projects from creation to launch, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned on project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Own the scheduling aspect of projects, ensuring that timelines are met, and deadlines are communicated, and all departments are aligned.
  • Work with the leadership team to establish clear pricing objectives aligned with overall business goals.
  • Develop a pricing strategy considering market positioning, value proposition, and profitability targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analyses, evaluating competitor pricing structures, discounts, and promotions.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in the market where the company can gain a competitive advantage.
  • Work closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team to ensure that products meet quality standards and are free from defects.
  • Identify and prioritize new product opportunities, including competitive analysis, price points, and estimated annual volume.
  • Work with internal departments, customers, and industry trends to develop product strategies.
  • Bring new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; prepare return-on-investment analyses; and establish time schedules with engineering, sales, marketing, and manufacturing.
  • Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data, reviewing production and sales costs, anticipating volume, and costing unique and customized orders.
  • Continuously monitor products to ensure quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
  • Consistently monitor sales performance to gauge the product’s lifecycle.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of previous experience in product management.
  • This experience may include engineering, marketing, product development, project management, or business analysis roles.

Qualifications

  • An Engineering or Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or equivalent experience is required.
  • PREFERRED: Certifications include CPM, CPMM, etc.
  • Proficient in various desktop tools, including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.).

Pay

We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $76,270.00 - $108,680.00 USD annually for full time employees.
