This role will provide business-aligned guidance focused on governance, compliance, and operational risk management within the Real Estate & Construction space. You will partner with leaders, compliance stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to translate complex issues into practical recommendations, strengthening responsible execution, improving decision-making, and supporting sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Provide underwriting support and counsel for title insurance commitments and policies
- Utilize standards to underwrite insurance within delegated authority
- Guide company personnel in real estate settlement services
- Issue underwriting standards and guidelines per company processes
Requirements
- Law Degree required
- Licensed to practice law, in good standing
- 5-7 years title underwriting experience, commercial experience preferred
- Familiarity with real estate law, including federal and state regulations
- Strong understanding of real estate title and settlement processes
- Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on alternative solutions
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen

Pay
$97,700 – $130,300 annually
