Commercial Truck Driver

About the role

Ring's End, Inc. of Darien, CT is hiring a full-time Commercial Truck Driver to distribute their items throughout Eastern, CT and Western Rhode Island.

Responsibilities

• Transport building materials in a timely manner along designated routes
• Check-in with clients on their experience with service and handle any concerns with care
• Load or unload building materials carefully, ensuring items are kept intact
• Ensure deliveries are made to the correct destinations
• Represent the company positively at each stop
• Keep necessary paperwork updated and maintain vehicles and equipment
• Navigate roads with utmost concern for safety and others

Requirements

• Product knowledge
• Ability to lift heavy items and/or use a forklift
• CDL Class B license and a clean driving record
• Compliant with all safety and Department of Transportation rules and regulations
