About the role

As a Domino's Commercial Truck Driver, you will safely operate a company commercial vehicle on established routes to deliver product to Domino’s Pizza store locations. You will unload stop-loaded product at each store, provide exceptional customer service, pick up empty tray containers/carts, and return them to the Domino’s Supply Chain Center. Drivers may run routes as part of a team or solo, with occasional overnight stays and backhaul. You may also shuttle trailers to and from partner companies or position trailers at dock doors. All tasks must be performed safely, including wearing proper PPE and adhering to legal Hours of Service (HOS) limits.

Responsibilities

  • Safely drive a Class A commercial vehicle on established routes to deliver products to Domino’s Pizza stores.
  • Unload stop-loaded product at each store location and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Pick up empty tray containers/carts and return them to the Domino’s Supply Chain Center.
  • Operate routes as part of a team or independently, with occasional overnight stays and backhaul.
  • Shuttle trailers to and from partner companies, supply chains, or position trailers at dock doors as needed.
  • Uphold the highest standards of professionalism as a representative of Domino’s.
  • Ensure all tasks are performed safely, including wearing proper PPE and adhering to HOS limits.

Pay

  • Hourly rate: $32.25 - $34.35, based on years of verifiable driving experience.
  • Overtime pay available for eligible routes.
  • Sleeper Berth Pay: 50% of hourly rate per hour.
  • Call-in Pay: $150 - $250 per occurrence.
  • Bonus Opportunities:
    • Safety Bonus: $2,000 annually.
    • Company Bonus: 2% of annualized hourly rate.
    • Join & Stay Bonus: $10,000.
    • Referral bonuses.

Schedule

Various shifts, with dispatch times between 8:00 p.m. and 1:00 a.m.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • 6 months of experience as a CDL A Truck Driver (1 year preferred).
  • Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Air Brakes endorsement.
  • Maintain a DOT Medical Certificate.
  • Meet defined Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) standards to qualify for driving a company commercial motor vehicle.
  • Pass a DOT physical and pre-employment background check.
  • Ability to work around yeast and flour.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of time.
  • Frequently lift up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Perform heavy pushing/pulling of product.
  • Work in refrigerated conditions (33-38 degrees).
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions (rain, sleet, heat, snow, etc.).
  • Work in environments with exposure to loud machinery when necessary.
  • Roll carts up to 499 lbs. up ramps and into stores.
