Commercial Title Clearance Officer

Position Title: Commercial Title Clearance Officer We are seeking an experienced Commercial Title Clearance Officer to join a growing commercial title and escrow services firm in a fully remote position. This role is responsible for reviewing complex commercial title documents, resolving title clearance issues, preparing files for settlement, and ensuring transactions close accurately and on time. The Commercial Title Clearance Officer will work closely with lenders, attorneys, underwriters, and internal teams to manage high-volume transactions while maintaining exceptional client service. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of commercial title clearance experience, preferably handling New York transactions, and a strong understanding of complex LLC structures, trusts, corporate documents, and judgment clearance. This individual is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple deadlines in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
