For our client, we are seeking a Commercial Talent Partner, Industrial Water to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will partner closely with business leaders to shape hiring priorities and talent strategies that support growth in a specialized industrial water segment. The position focuses on attracting, engaging, and assessing commercial talent with the sales credibility and market knowledge needed to succeed in a competitive environment. You will also provide market intelligence, candidate insights, and strategic recommendations that help leadership make informed hiring decisions.
