You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with commercial leaders across the organisation to own commercial and go-to-market hiring
  • Supporting headcount in 25+ countries, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for hires on a global basis and see direct impact to our ongoing growth by finding the best in-market talent
  • Execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find commercial talent, and proactively build talent pipelines for key organisational roles (powered by tools like Metaview AI Sourcing and LI Recruiter)
  • Use market insights to influence data-driven hiring outcomes
  • Drive positive impact, including direct sourcing channels, improving candidate engagement and decreasing time to hire
  • Bring your passion to support the continuous improvement and sophistication of our TA agenda including AI Adoption, Candidate Experience, ED&I, EVP & Employer Brand

Requirements

  • 3-6 years experience in Talent Acquisition & Recruiting. This can be from both Agency and Internal experience, but this role is likely to be unsuitable for a first move in-house from agency
  • You'll have end-to-end experience owning hires across Sales, Commercial and Go-To-Market, but be comfortable supporting wider hiring across Support, Enablement and G&ADirect industry experience in a high-growth or rapid-scale organisations, ideally within SaaS/Software/Technology or Healthcare/Life Sciences / Diagnostics
  • Previous experience with international / global hiring is beneficial, but this can be a growth point for you
  • You'll be comfortable owning the end-to-end experience and managing 10-20 REQs autonomously
  • A passion to see talent acquisition as a strategic and value-add function, reinforced with positive, innovative energy

  • Passionate about exceptional talent and building proactive talent pipelines
  • Driven by purpose and committed to making a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients
  • Comfortable with a hybrid work schedule allowing 2 days per week home working, collaborating closely with our colleagues in our Boston-Fenway corporate office

Skills

  • Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition and Recruiting practices
  • Experience in sourcing and building talent pipelines
  • Ability to execute sourcing strategies for hard-to-find talent
  • Knowledge of AI-powered tools and their applications in recruiting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple hires simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

$71,250 - $143,750

Boston, MA - Hybrid 3x/week in office
