Commercial SVC Inside Tire Technician

About the role

Snider Fleet Solutions is seeking skilled tire technicians to repair and maintain tire and wheel related needs for heavy duty trucks and trailers. We are hiring for multiple locations.

We value motivated individuals and are open to training the right candidate who demonstrates the skills, drive, and commitment to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, and repair various commercial tires
• Perform tire service on diesel and gasoline-powered trucks and equipment
• Monitor and maintain equipment, inventory levels, and workspace cleanliness
• Coordinate with Service Manager on job status and completion of paperwork

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver’s License and must be insurable to drive by company standards
• 1+ years tire experience (strong preference for commercial and heavy duty tire)
• High School Diploma or GED
• Clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen

• Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate service equipment
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Ability to follow safety protocols and company policies
• Ability to work a rotating, on-call schedule to include nights and weekend shifts
