Responsibilities

• Performs duties that are administrative in nature.
• Keeps accurate and current records in designated systems that are accessible to others.
• Amends policies per agent requests based on authority level.
• Researches agent requests.
• Performs special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain focus throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in multiple software systems simultaneously.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior insurance industry experience.
• Prior Guidewire experience.

Pay

The full hiring range for this role is $19.72 - $23.66 per hour. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience, as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role.
