Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize selling, promotional, educational, and merchandising opportunities for strategic accounts.
• Engage customers to plan, design, and execute activities that support sales growth.
• Implement and maintain POS/printed materials to enhance brand presence and visibility.
• Plan, track, and deploy in-store and bar consumer experiences, such as bottle engraving and education events.
• Survey outlets and submit reports on time, ensuring accurate and timely data management.
• Maintain open communication with clients and sales partners, addressing inventory issues proactively.
• Manage budget and expenses, tracking performance data, and participating in training initiatives.
• Provide brand history, production, and tasting knowledge to clients, trade, and consumers.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to align on goals and objectives, ensuring proper product inventory management.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry/hospitality.
• Confident and outgoing communication skills, adaptable to various on-premise and off-premise environments.
• Ability to travel 25% of the time, including up to 5 hours driving, and work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Understanding of Montana’s regulatory environment for beverage alcohol.
• Computer and tablet literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and familiarity with specialized customer tools.
• Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to gather and use customer feedback.
• Diligent and self-motivated, with the ability to manage administrative tasks independently.
• Desire for mentorship and willingness to contribute to team culture.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually, with potential for bonuses and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and more.
