About the role

Join Enthuse, an education-led marketing agency dedicated to teaching brands to love their products. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and brand performance in targeted accounts.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and prioritize selling, promotional, educational, and merchandising opportunities for each account.
• Engage customers through strategic brand presence and performance activities.
• Create and maintain impactful in-store displays and consumer experiences.
• Survey outlets and submit reports on time.
• Maintain open communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage budget and expense, and track performance data.
• Collaborate with local stakeholders to ensure proper product inventory and address out-of-stock issues.
• Provide brand history, production, taste profile, and operational knowledge to clients, trade, and consumers.
• Ensure compliance with legal and marketing codes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent job experience in the CPG industry.
• Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the beverage alcohol industry/hospitality.
• Confident and outgoing with excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to tailor communications for various on-premise and off-premise environments.
• Computer and tablet literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized customer tools.
• Understanding of the regulatory environment in Montana related to Beverage Alcohol.
• Strong oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal associates.
• Self-starter with a proven track record in identifying and addressing customer and market needs.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet commitments independently.

Benefits
