Commercial Specialty Installer

About the role

Responsible for installing and maintaining commercial specialty equipment in various settings. Requires strong technical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission commercial specialty equipment such as HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, and security systems.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on installed equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with project managers and other technicians to resolve complex issues and meet project deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and adhere to industry standards during all work activities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in commercial installation or maintenance.
• Knowledge of commercial specialty equipment and industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay

• $50,000 - $60,000 annually.
