About the role
The Commercial Solutions Associate will support the Sales Director in transforming complex deals into clear customer plans, polished materials, and organized execution. This role involves creating necessary documents, attending customer calls, coordinating internally, and preparing for events.
Responsibilities
- Create decks, proposals, implementation plans, ROI narratives, and follow-up materials for active deals
- Sit in on customer calls, synthesize requirements and open questions, and coordinate across internal teams as needed
- Maintain the commercial team’s preparedness, organization, and professionalism
- Help prepare for events by reaching out to prospects in advance
Requirements
This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of experience in Management Consulting, Sales Enablement, or similar strategic domains. Strong writing skills and the ability to distill customer conversations into clear needs, priorities, and deliverables are essential. The candidate should also be able to make any slide look good.
Qualifications
Located in the Mission District, San Francisco, this role requires an in-office presence 3 days a week, with occasional travel to clients and trade shows (10-30% travel).
