Commercial Service Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Service Manager to provide the daily direction and distribution of work orders to technicians,provide oversight of work performed and ensure that proper safety procedures and processes are followed. We Offer Competitive salary with bonus opportunityComprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employer-Paid Life & Short-Term Disability401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off (PTO) & Paid HolidaysOpportunities for professional development, skill growth, and career advancement Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a commercial tire technician3+ years of experience assigning commercial service work orders to techniciansProficient in MS Office and able to learn other software (Maddenco, AS400, SAP, etc.)Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred)Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment)Valid Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards Key Responsibilities Receive, create, assign, and monitor all service work orders to techniciansManage productivity of technicians, with a focus on monthly revenue goalsPerform billing as needed, including reviewing completed work orders for accuracyAssist branch manager with maintaining up to date employee administrative filesProvide sales staff support with service quotes, product look-ups, and any customer concernsOversee customer scheduled fleet work, scrap tire analysis, and other customer needsAssist with warehouse duties (inventory, load/unload, barcoding, scan billing, etc.)Conduct daily inspection of warehouse, service bays, trucks, and equipment Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures are being followed Skills And Abilities Exemplary leadership, organizational, and time management skillsSuperior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and time constraintsDemonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insightReliable and dependable with self-initiative Why Join Us?
