Responsibilities

• Locate and understand basic electrical materials
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical components
• Attending workshops, and participating in as many learning opportunities as possible.
• Assisting within the relevant department, but also learning about other aspects of the company.
• Observing health and safety procedures.
• Working in the office and traveling to other sites when required.
• Positively receiving feedback.
• Attending meetings and offering suggestions for improvement.
• Keeping a log of everything learned highly suggested
• Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients
• Above basic knowledge of wiring terminations recommended
• Basic current NEC code knowledge recommended

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Driver's license and perfect driving record required.
• Experience in mechanical installations.
• Experience in 120 volt through 480 volt connections.
• Recommended but not required some experience in HVLS fans.
• Good physical strength and hand-eye coordination required.
• Good time management, critical, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• A growth mindset and passion for learning.
• Reliable transportation.
• Basic hand tools.
• Recommended but not required OSHA 10, Lock out tag out training, first aid and CPR certified.
• Essential to be flexible for travel.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able and willing to work indoors and in adverse conditions.
• Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes, weighing 80+ pounds.
• Must be able to stand on your feet for 8 hours a day.
